Brindavan Garden

Last Sunday (6/9/19), my roomates and I went to the Swamp Temple and the Brindavan Garden. This is one of the most beautiful garden that I have been. There was a big dam wall surrounding the garden. On top of the hill, there was a white beautiful hotel which reminds me of a palace upon the hill. I felt like a princess lost in a palace garden. There were a lot of water fountains in the center of the garden, diving the place in half. Everywhere you look, there are a lot of different types of flowers and trees. There were a lot of families there, sitting under the shade while the young kids running around. I also saw people sleeping under the shades of trees. I honestly would like to join them as well! The sky was clear and blue. Wind was blowing while the water is gleaming. When we reach the top, we were able to see the entire garden. It was quite a site!

There were two gardens. The main one with the palace and another smaller garden across the river. In order to get to the other garden, we have to cross a bridge. Too bad that it wasn’t at night or else it would have been more beautiful! It kind of reminds my those places that people proposed haha! As the sun was setting, there was a light water show at one of the big fountain. People gather around and eagerly waiting for it to start. When it finally did, people was clapping and gathering around the foundtain for closer look! It was quite interesting and fun to experience.

I think Brindavan Garden is the go to place for many families! The entrance fee was very cheap with only 20 rupees for adult and 7 rupees for children. Families can come and spend time together while enjoying the beautiful surrounding!
